Situation
Podimo, a global podcast and audiobook platform, will be developed in Lithuania – one of Denmark’s largest start-ups is setting up a technology development unit in Vilnius.
Challenge/Obstacles
The platform is not known in Lithuania, and even if a platform development unit is established, the platform will be developed in other countries.
Although known internationally, the platform was little known in Lithuania, but the Vilnius office has to compete with well-known brands for IT specialists.
Task
Get the word out to the Lithuanian media that the Vilnius office is building a large team of top-level IT and platform designers to develop the platform’s technology, content customisation and design solutions globally.
Drawing on the expertise of highly experienced IT professionals to put the client on their radar and become one of the possible choices when considering a job change.
