State institutions were slow to index the drastically increased prices of construction works ordered by the state due to war. The delay threatened huge losses for construction and road companies.

Get state institutions to index construction project prices
Help the client highlight the extent of the problem and record the news in the list of the most important media channels tracking issues

Decisions
- Communication strategy until the achieved change – public construction of 80 public purpose objects in all of Lithuania by order of state institutions and companies
- First communication wave – announcement of the suspension of construction of 80 objects in a day
- Second communication wave – event for the media on the day of construction suspension – announcement and organization
- Third communication wave – proactive media informing on how indexing is taking place (announcement of intermediate results)
- Fourth communication wave – announcement of final indexing results
Results
- Indexed 75% of all problematic construction work contracts 143 content units in the media
- 11 TV reports and shows
